SHIPPING INFO

  • We ship most orders the same day if placed before 2pm
  • We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after Friday 2pm will be sent out the following Monday.
  • Slight Delays with Shipping may occur at Times around Holidays, or during bad weather conditions such as snow.
  • We use royal mail Tracked 48 with the option to upgrade to Tracked 24.
  • You will be able to locate tracking details on your shipping confirmation email.

Please Note: Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday are not guaranteed for weekend delivery. We do not guarantee all orders will be shipped same day, but do our upmost to meet this.

OUR POINTS ARE CUSTOM MADE BY HAND, WE DONT USE FANCY CNC MACHINES THAT PRODUCES IDENTICLE PRODUCTS EACH TIME TO 000.01 OF A MM. THAT BEING SAID THE GRIP ON EACH POINT COULD VARY VERY SLIGHTLY, HOWEVER WE TAKE EXTREME CARE TO ENSURE THEY ARE AS IDENTICLE TO EACH OTHER AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.
WHEN PRODUCING CUSTOM POINTS FROM ORIGINAL SWISS POINTS OR STANDARD POINTS ALTHOUGH WE DO OUR UPMOST TO, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL STRENGTH OF THE POINT. 
OUR POINTS HAVE BEEN TESTED EXTENSIVELY IN ALMOST EVERY BOARD AVAILABLE AND BY MULTIPLE DIFFERENT STYLE OF PLAYERS, THE POINTS !!!DO NOT JUST BREAK WHEN YOU THROW THEM AT THE BOARD WEVE NOT HAD THIS HAPPEN ONCE!!!! 
WE CANOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SNAPPED POINTS, BE IT IN THE BOARD OR ON THE FLOOR.
DUE TO THE AMAZING GRIP ON OUR POINTS, WHEN THEY ARE FRESHLY PRODUCED OR DEPENDING ON THE GRIP STRENGTH YOUVE SELECTED, ALL DEPENDS ON HOW GRIPPY IN THE BOARD THEY ARE. ITS MASSIVELY IMPORTANT TO BE CAREFULL WHEN TAKING DARTS OUT OF THE BOARD, THEY SHOULD BE PULLED OUT AND TWISTED STRAIGHT TOWARD YOU. SNATCHING AT THE DARTS WHEN REMOVING THEM OR TAKING THEM OUT ON AN ANGEL CAN CAUSE THEM TO SNAP. AGAIN WE !!!CAN NOT!!! BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.

IF ORDERING STANDARD POINTS

We already allow for 5 to 6mm extra on points ,so they will arrive longer than purchased

So If you order 30mm they will arrive to you at 35-36mm long.

If you order 35mm they will arrive 40-41mm long.

please contact us for the thickness of our standard points to check if they are compatible with your dart barrels. we !!!can not!!! be held responsible if you Buy points without checking if they will fit your darts. On some occasions standard points benefit from a dab of super glue before you push the new point into your barrel, this is very very rare.
